Earlybirds standard Burnsall this morning. Five riders and a cracking pace. 26 miles in an hour and a half. Got back feeling pretty good. Possibly my good mood was enhanced by the prospect of tonight away from the kids...
No long ride this week, but have done 81 in total and they all felt like good quality miles (whatever that means)
